Karen Hamby is the Founder & President of Possibilities8, bringing over 30 years of experience as a business leader, corporate executive, entrepreneur, master coach, and mindfulness mentor. She partners with leaders, teams, and organizations to create inspiring visions of the future and the systems to achieve them, generating sustainable growth and meaningful change.

A proven executive in the pharmaceutical industry, Karen led high-performing teams at GlaxoSmithKline and pioneered enterprise-wide strategies for energy, resilience, and engagement. She also designed leadership coaching programs for 900+ leaders across GSK’s U.S. business.

Today, Karen blends her executive insight with transformative coaching and facilitation. She designs custom programs for individual and team development, helping leaders thrive in a world where the only constant is change.

Karen has served on boards including the California Integrated Healthcare Association, Women Executive Business Leaders in Healthcare, and Leadership America.
